4. Click Proceed with my Deposit
5. Enter the required information for your chosen deposit method
6. Click Send

2. Click Request Payout
3. From the drop down box choose the method in which you’d like to withdrawal
4. Enter the amount and any special instructions
5. Please verify that your information is correct

7. Click Send Your Request
