You can request to have your account number emailed to you by clicking “Forgot Login Info?” you will then be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. What is the minimum/maximum I can deposit?

Each deposit method has its own maximum but the minimum deposit is only $50. For cryptocurrencies, the minimum deposit amount we accept is $10. Any transaction received for less than $10 will NOT be credited to your account.

Why was my card declined? I know I haven’t reached my limit.

How long does it take me to receive my money?

The time can vary but it is generally between 3 and 10 business days.

What documentation do I need to send before I receive my payout?

If you used one of our cash transfer options there is no need to send documentation. However, if you made a deposit with a debit or credit card, the issuing bank will require proof that the original transaction was made. Therefore we would require you to send a full picture of the Front and Back of the Credit Card used by email [email protected] or FAX (1.866.808.3721) before a payout can be processed.

What fees are involved?

Why does it costs money to deposit?

There’s a possibility that a small processing fee will incur after your third successful deposit. Please call and speak to our VIP account managers for further clarification.

Why can’t you put the money back onto my credit card?

Credit Card companies have disallowed this practice for a few years; it’s done in an effort to cut down on internet fraud and help protect credit card users.

Do I have to pay tax on my winnings?

We would advise you to consult with your accountant but we do not report your winnings or losses to the IRS or other governmental agencies.
