Division 2 Cricket Preview - Derbyshire (+120) vs. Surrey (-160)

Derbyshire (+120) v Surrey (-160)
Relegated Surrey were transformed over the winter with former Sussex captain Chris Adams taking over as coach and revamping the whole coaching set up as they look to make their stay in Division 2 a brief one.
Both Surrey and Derbyshire drew their opening fixtures, and although they will likely be forced to field a weakened side with Mark Butcher and Mark Ramprakash absent, Surrey are -160 favourites at +1200 betting odds for the title this season.
Middlesex (-220) v Glamorgan (+170)
Another game which potentially looks to be a one sided one as Middlesex, +400 for the title, start as heaving -220 favourites to defeat Glamorgan.
Middlesex have Australian Philip Hughes – gearing up for the Ashes, in their ranks, look strong on paper despite the loss of Ed Smith and Ed Joyce from their battling ranks.
Glamorgan, could well be the worst side in the county game this season and it is difficult to see where their runs or wickets are likely to come from and title odds of +2000 indicate a long, hard road ahead.
