Here is a look at the key head-to-head trends as they relate to today’s contest, followed by my in-depth analysis and exert NCAA basketball picks.

The Tigers snapped a two-game losing streak on Saturday by squeaking by Georgia 50-48 as senior forward Tasmin Mitchell tossed in a game-high 20 points and junior guard Bo Spencer added 10 points.
The Tigers narrowly managed to cover the NCAA basketball betting line as 1.5-point home favorites to snap a two-game ATS skid and move to 4-2 ATS over their last six games.

6-foot-7 freshman guard J.P. Prince scored a team-high 16 points on Saturday to lead five players in double figure scoring and help Tennessee take down a feisty Mississippi State team 75-59 win.
The Volunteers have won three consecutive games and cashed in for college basketball betting enthusiasts as 3.5-point road underdogs to move to 2-1 ATS over the last three games.
The Scoop: Tennessee has one wild ride this season. Four players were arrested on New Year’s Day and subsequently suspended this season, only to see the Volunteers take down No. 1 Kansas less than two weeks later.
Tennessee is playing solid basketball coming into this contest and also beat Kentucky 74-65 on Feb. 27 and rides a three-game winning streak into this contest.
"I think right now we're comfortable where we are,” Tennessee head coach Bruce Pearl told reporters this week. “We've been back for a while. We've been together. It's been a long time since the roster's had the adjustments. So this is who we are."
During the winning streak, the Vols have drained a blistering 50.6 percent of their field goals while holding opponents to just 36.6 percent shooting.
After starting their conference schedule with 12 consecutive losses, LSU has won two of its last four, but still finished last in the SEC West.
Analysis: I’m a bit surprised the point spread for this matchup is a dozen points, but I’m not too concerned about Tennessee’s ability to cash in tonight as they are the far better team in this matchup – and almost a completely different team than the one that had to squeak past LSU 59-54 on Feb. 4 as 65-point road favorites.
I know LSU has gone a spotless 6-0 ATS in the last six games against the Volunteers, but I’m sticking with my pick of a Vols win and ATS cover.
Despite their stunning ATS success against Tennessee, the Tigers have gone a bankroll-busting 2-10 ATS in their last 12 neutral site games and 0-5 ATS in their last five neutral site games as an underdog.
I know Tennessee has gone an uninspiring 2-6 ATS in their last eight games as a favorite, but the Vols have also gone an impressive 7-3 ATS in their last 10 neutral site games as a favorite which is why I say play Tennessee tonight college basketball betting aficionados.
