Not convinced by the Clemson has a reason to be favored in this one. The fact that the oddsmakers are throwing points at you should delight the betting faithful.
The Wolverines averaged a +4.1 point differential and are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games despite going just 3-2 SU. Clemson has had an easy road this year, and got incredibly hot during the first part of the season, swelling their numbers. Clemson averages a +10.7 point differential, and Michigan has shown a lack of intensity when playing major programs.
So why the confidence in the Wolverines? First and foremost, Clemson has failed to meet the oddsmakers expectations, going 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games, complimenting that with the same spread SU. In fact, their only win in the past three weeks has been over Virginia. Yeah.

NCAAB Betting Line: Clemson -4.5 (138.5)
I’m betting on Clemson coming out flat in this game and Michigan pouncing all over them. All the focus is on the Tigers to overcome years of bottom feeding in the ACC to the powerhouses that be. But those years aren’t behind them yet.
If this season has proven anything, it’s to expect the unexpected. Michigan opened the season 13-3 SU and is making their first Big Dance appearance in 11 years. Don’t bet against them to make the most of this opportunity as they toss up a big upset in the first round of The Madness in the South.
