Former AL MVP star Jose Canseco has been advised by his lawyer, Robert Saunooke, to plead the Fifth Amendment to all steroids related questions that could incriminate him at Thursday’s congressional hearing. This comes after the House Government Reform Committee denied Canseco immunity. There could be more controversy to come.

“They told me we can't do the Fifth to every question," said Saunooke. "It's an absolute right of every citizen to not be compelled to give testimony against themselves. They do not make the decision. We do."
