With the MLB online sports wagering community gets its Major League Baseball back on center stage as the premier game of the four major North American sports.

The BetUS Sportsbook, and this Saturday, American League online sports wagering MLB Free Picks ‘Double Feature’ will give MLB gamblers two excellent opportunities to increase their MLB seasonal bankrolls.

The Minnesota Twins in the other.

Both matchups are offering online Sportsbook.

Here is a look at each matchup, featuring four of the top teams in the BetUS Locker Room, followed by my MLB online betting Free Picks.

Boston Red Sox

The Pitchers: Cardinals starter Mitchell Boggs is 1-0 in two starts and one relief appearance covering 11.1 innings with three strikeouts, five walks and an ERA of 5.56.

Red Sox starter Daisuke Matsuzaka is 8-0 in eleven starts covering 64.0 innings with 55 strikeouts, 38 walks and a 2.53 ERA.

Analysis: Boggs, a reliever turned starter because of injuries to the Cardinals’ pitching staff, allowed four earned runs on six hits in 4 1/3 inning son Sunday, but failed to record a decision in his team’s 7-6 loss to the Philadelphia Phillies. Boston right-hander Daisuke ‘Dice-K’ Matsuzaka will make his first start since May 27 when he limited the Sattle Mariners to two earned runs on four hits in four innings.

So what he’s been out of the lineup for a couple of starts! I still say BetUS online MLB bettors should take the Boston Red Sox to win this contest by smacking around the Cardinals’ mediocre starter, Mitchell Boggs.

Minnesota Twins

The Pitchers: Diamondbacks starter Micah Owings is 6-5 in 14 starts covering 81.2 innings with 70 strikeouts, 26 walks and a 5.29 ERA.

Twins starter Nick Blackburn is 5-4 in 14 starts covering 46 strikeouts, 15 walks and an ERA of 3.87.

Analysis: Micah Owings has been literally pounded in each of his last four starts, allowing at least four earned runs every time, including seven runs on eight hits in his last start against the Kansas City Royals in Sunday’s 8-3 loss. Minnesota’s Nick Blackburn limited the Cleveland Indians to two runs on seven hits in six innings in his last start on June 11.

I know Micah Owings has been horrific lately, but I say he snaps out of his funk in this contest for the BetUS online MLB betting community.
