D-Backs starter, Livan Hernandez is 2-1 in five starts covering 32.0 innings with 13 K’s and 19 walks. He has an ERA of 3.94 and, while those numbers don’t exactly leap off the page, Hernandez is prone to throw a gem at any time.
Dodgers starter Brad Penny is 3-0 in five starts covering 32.1 innings with 11 K’s and a whopping 13 walks. Penny does, however, have an eye-popping ERA of only 1.95.
These teams are very evenly matched, which is why I’m going with the Dodgers and Penny to bounce back tonight.
