NBA Betting Trends Denver Nuggets at Philadelphia 76ers

After unmercifully running up the score on the young Denver Nuggets, (40-26 SU, 35-31 ATS, 38-28 O/U), were handed a taste of their own medicine in getting routed by the Detroit Pistons 136-120 last night.

Now the Nuggets will face the red-hot Philadelphia 76ers, (33-34 SU, 37-27-3 ATS, 31-25-1 O/U), who don’t figure on letting former star Allen Iverson and his teammates walk out of the Wachovia Center with an easy victory tonight.

The Nuggets, have won six of their last ten games but had their three-game winning streak snapped by the San Antonio Spurs on Saturday.

The Sixers are also heating up the BetUS.com Sportsbook, covering the spread in eight of ten and three straight while the Nuggets have gone a respectable 6-4 against the spread over the same span.

Here is a look at tonight’s Key Trends, followed by my analysis and NBA Wagering Free Picks:

The Nuggets are 5-0 ATS in their last five vs. NBA Atlantic.

The Nuggets are 4-0 ATS in their last four games overall.

The 76ers are 5-0 ATS in their last five Wednesday games.

The 76ers are 8-0 ATS in their last eight home games vs. a team with a losing road record.

The Over is 4-1 in Nuggets last five vs. Eastern Conference.

The Under is 5-1 in 76ers last six Wednesday games.

The Nuggets are 7-3 ATS in the last ten meetings.

The Road team is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings.

Analysis: If the Sixers can beat the San Antonio Spurs, they should be able to do the same against the inconsistent Nuggets. Take the Sixers to stay hot with another big victory tonight.
