New rules attempt to
avoid another brawl

The NBA has announced new security rules that limit the size and number of beers sold at all game arenas. This, and a number of other guidelines including tactics and placement for security officers, and rules for acceptable fan behavior are being put in place to avoid a repeat of the now infamous Pistons-Pacers brawl where a fan threw a cup of beer at Ron Artest’s head.
