NBA's Hottest OVER Teams Against the Spread

Bookmark and Share by Mike Rose

The BetUS Sportsbook, and the following teams have been hot for NBA ‘Over’ bettors throughout the last week of action:

(RANK) (TEAM) (SU RECORD) (O/U RECORD) (O/U RECORD L/5 +$$)

1) sports betting contests. By doing so, ‘over’ bettors were rewarded with each of their last five lined games combining to go ‘over’ the closing BetUS Sportsbook ‘total.’ The Warriors offense and defense rank out on completely different ends of the spectrum. The offense is top ranked; that’s right! Numero uno scoring an average of 108.7 points per game. However, the defense currently ranks dead last in the league, #30, surrendering an average of 112.3 points per game. When you add it all up, their seasonal 3.6 points scored/allowed deficiency per game has led to 24-43 SU and 30-33-3 ATS records. That said; three of their next five games are against teams with defenses ranked in the top 10 of the league, so look for the Warriors scoring to taper off as the week comes to a close.

2) Charlotte. However, the Bobcats have played to the ‘over’ in each of their L/3 games against teams with defenses ranked in the bottom half of the league.

3) Charlotte Bobcats (29-38) (31-34 O/U) (4-1 O/U L/5 +$290) The Bobcats cooled off in the ATS department after ranking out as the best NBA bet a couple weeks ago, but they continued surpassing closing ‘totals’ at BetUS Sportsbook last week. The Bobcats offense has continued to flourish surpassing the 100-point plateau in three of its L/5 to cash ‘over’ bettors tickets in four of their L/5 overall. At one point in time ‘under’ bettors were 10-games over .500 on the year backing it in Bobcat games; to date, Charlotte is now just three games from the breakeven point in the ‘totals’ department. Taking a look at their track record over their L/10 games, the ‘over’ is 7-3 ATS. The three unders came in against defensive minded Houston, Chicago where they limited the Bulls to 80 points, and Sacramento where they were playing on no rest. Hopefully, oddsmakers start posting some higher numbers to make up for the Bobcats recent play, and if they do, be sure to hit the ‘under’ up if they’re squaring off against teams ranked in the top 10 of the league in terms of defense. This is still an ‘under’ team and the market correction is nearing the end!!!

And the rest….

4) Detroit Pistons (33-33) (29-36 O/U) (4-1 O/U L/5 +$290)

5) New Jersey Nets (28-39) (37-30 O/U) (4-1 O/U L/5 +$290)

6) Sacramento Kings (14-53) (34-33 O/U) (3-2 O/U L/5 +$80):

7) Miami Heat (36-30) (37-28 O/U) (3-2 O/U L/5 +$80)
