When Jason Kidd visited the Meadowlands for the first time since his trade to the Mavericks, he was completely outdone by Devin Harris. He dominated things with 41 points and 13 assists for one of his best performances in his All-Star season, as New Jersey enjoyed a 121-97 romp.

Now it's revenge time for the Mavs, as they have won six of their last eight games and sit in seventh place in the Western Conference, only one game out of fourth position. Dirk Nowitzki went into the All-Star break having scored 44 against the Bulls and 37 against the Celtics. He'll unquestionably want to atone for a tough 7-for-19 shooting night against the Nets on December 19.

Houston. In that game they were completely dominated on the boards, being out-rebounded by a 65-38 margin. Vince Carter had 30 points in that game, and he is the subject of trade rumors, as a deal may happen before tomorrow's deadline. That has to be a distraction.

On an overall basis, New Jersey has been pretty good on the road, posting a 17-10 ATS record as the visitor. However, they have not had success in Dallas, dropping eight straight games at the Mavs' venue, covering on only one of those trips.

Revenge works. We'll lay the points with the Mavs, the eight-point favorite in the BetUS NBA pro basketball online betting odds.
