ACC Tournament Preview - Bubble Teams Need Something Big

As the smaller conferences finish up their tournaments and determine who their representatives will be in the upcoming BetUS Sportsbook this week, the Atlantic Coast Conference will do battle through Sunday to figure out who will put their dancing shoes on, and whose bubbles will be burst.
The tournament will kick off with the #5 (23-8, 17-7-1 ATS). FSU knocked Clemson off twice this season and went 2-0 ATS in both meetings; one of those battles saw the Noles battle back from a 19-point deficit at Clemson to pull out the 65-61 victory. The #6 (25-6, 15-14-1 ATS) is the reward for the winner. With the Eagles looking to make a run towards the dance, look for the 21-1 underdogs to make some noise in a favorable draw in the ACC Tourney. The 7-10 game between the (24-5, 15-10 ATS) is on the horizon. The Deacs have won four straight and covered three straight contests. Thursday’s game between the #8 (27-3, 11-17 ATS) on deck, things look dicey at best for both squads. The oddsmakers have installed the Tar Heels as the overwhelming ACC Tournament crown, but how hard will they play with a #1 seed all but guaranteed in the Greensboro region of the NCAA Tournament? Will the youthful Demon Deacons make the most of a favorable draw to the conference championship at 6-1, or will another squad like the athletic Seminoles at 16-1 move up the charts and capture the crown?
