* ARK is 0-4-1 ATS in its last five games

* ARK has lost five of its last eight games SU

* ARK has played five of its last eight games OVER the total

* ARK has won seven of the last eight meetings SU

* The last four meetings have gone OVER the total

* ARK has had the shooting edge in each of the last eight meetings

* ARK has had the rebounding edge in three of the last four meetings

* VAND has made more three-pointers in each of the last six meetings

Arkansas is most certainly the one that is the most "desperate," as a strong SEC tournament showing might be very critical in gaining an NCAA bid.

We appreciate the value of a hot team, but we seriously doubt that A.J. Ogilvy and Shan Foster are going to repeat their torrid pace from yesterday, when they combined for 21-of-27 shooting against a thinned-out Auburn team. And the Hogs might give Foster every opportunity to go 6-for-9 from beyond the arc again, but we doubt that will happen.

More resistance will be met by the Arkansas front line, which brings some "heat" in the person of 7-foot shot-blocker Steven Hill, who's chalked up 22 rejections in his last seven games.

Let's also not ignore the series history, which has seen Arkansas win seven of the last eight, including a five-point victory on March 1 in which the Razorbacks shot 58% from the field.

We will lay a point with Arkansas, the favorite in the BetUS NCAAB betting odds.
