With the NFL postseason coming to an end - and the college basketball season steamrolling towards its own postseason, it is now time for to begin separating the pretenders from the legitimate contenders. This evening's slate of NCAA title contenders, while others will eventually pan out to be disappointed pretenders with shortened seasons.

Here is a look at tonight's matchups and some of the legitimate title contending teams.
