Saturday, there are four games featuring two Top-25 teams. It all begins with the No. 5 UCLA Bruins meeting the No. 19 Arizona Wildcats in the desert at 1pm EST. UCLA fell to fifth in the rankings after splitting games this past week. Both clubs are attempting to keep their heads above water at the ticket counter.
Tipping off at 3pm EST, it's the No. 25 Alabama Crimson Tide hosting the No. 20 Kentucky Wildcats. The Crimson Tide have flattened the wallets of their supporters this season. Kentucky has split the cash thus far.
Starting at 4pm EST, the No. 13 Butler Bulldogs plays host to No. 16 Southern Illinois Salukis. Butler is the top money-maker in all of college basketball, while Southern Illinois battles to turn a slight profit on the year.
Rounding out the action, the No. 4 North Carolina Tar Heels walk into Boston College to meet the No. 21 Eagles at 9pm EST. The Tar Heels are one of the most profitable clubs in college hoops, but it'll be tough to cover against the Eagles and its strong offense. Bettors may want to think ''over'' in this game.
There's also a stellar card on Sunday. At 1pm EST, the No. 2 Ohio State Buckeyes travel to Minnesota to play the Golden Gophers. Ohio State moved up to No. 2 this week, its highest ranking since 1991. It's hard to bet against the Buckeyes with 7-foot center Greg Oden at center. The Gophers will be trying to recover some lost funds they've dropped this season.
The nightcap features the No. 22 USC Trojans invading Arizona State to face the Sun Devils at 8pm EST. USC is also another very profitable team this year, while Arizona State struggles to cover.
Florida remained a unanimous No. 1 for the second straight week, garnering all 72 first place votes. Duke also shook the ranking's world, but not by climbing upwards. Duke fell out of The Associated Press poll Monday for the first time since the end of the 1995-96 season.
Saturday at 1pm EST, the No. 1 Gators hope to swallow up the money and stay atop the rankings when they play Vanderbilt, who also dropped out of the rankings.
Duke will host Georgia Tech, while looking to regain its familiar status in the rankings on Sunday at 1pm EST. The Blue Devils will attempt to take the cash in this contest and break their four-game losing streak.
