The Sun Devils have really been on the mark from the floor, hitting 60%, 50% and 53%, respectively, in consecutive wins over Princeton-style offense that relies a lot on cutting, spreading the floor and slashing to the hoop, has been consistent in its shooting for most of the year, hitting 48.6%.

James Harden, who's had 14 games of 20 or more points this season, has been a little colder over the last couple of weeks, averaging just 13.8 ppg over his last four. The offense has become a little more balanced; for example, against UCLA there were five players scoring between 12 and 15 points. That's actually a good sign.

Washington took the measure of Arizona State when the teams met on January 31, winning an 84-71 decision at Tempe. Justin Dentmon, the senior guard, and Isaiah Thomas, the freshman, combined for 55 points on 58% shooting, and Jon Brockman, the conference player of the year candidate, actually played a minor role, chipping in ten points and nine rebounds. I'm going to look for ASU to improve on that level of defense.

Arizona State has covered all three times it has been in the underdog role this season. They've covered seven of nine road games, and have scored wins over UCLA, Arizona and Stanford, not to mention college basketball betting odds.
