NCAA Football Week 11 Rankings - Big 10 Power Poll

Bookmark and Share by Mike Rose

The Big Ten had a mixed bag of football gambling results in the tenth week of CFB wagering. Find out what it all means for your future college football spread wagers with this week’s BetUS Big Ten Power Poll…

1: Ohio State Buckeyes (8-2 ATS, 8-2 SU) (LW: 2) Without a doubt, the Buckeyes were the biggest winners in the Big Ten on Saturday afternoon. After watching Iowa lose at home to Northwestern, Ohio State marched into Happy Valley and dismantled the Nittany Lions. Now, a victory against said Hawkeyes will probably be good enough to send it back to Pasadena for the Rose Bowl.

Up Next: Home vs. Iowa (-14.5)

2: Iowa Hawkeyes (6-3 ATS, 9-1 SU) (LW: 1) Say goodbye to your National Championship dreams, Hawkeyes. After QB Ricky Stanzi was injured in the second quarter vs. Northwestern, it was all over for Iowa. Still, if the goal was to make the Rose Bowl, the Hawkeyes still hold their own destiny in their hands to be successful. It's going to take a win in the Horseshoe to get the job done though, or all of a sudden, they'll be headed to the Capital One Bowl or worse.

Up Next: Away @ Ohio State (+14.5)

3: Indiana Hoosiers (6-3 ATS, 4-6 SU) (LW: 3) Indiana fought tooth and nail for the full 60 minutes against Wisconsin on Saturday afternoon, but wasn't good enough to upset the Badgers and salvage its bowl hopes. Now, the Hoosiers will need to win its final two games to go bowling. Good luck with that after Penn State was embarrassed by Ohio State in Happy Valley last weekend...

Up Next: Away @ Penn State (+22)

4: Purdue Boilermakers (5-5 ATS, 4-6 SU) (LW: 7) In one fell swoop, the Boilermakers may have taken away the bowl hopes for Michigan and kept their own chances alive. Their 38-36 upset in Ann Arbor was the second huge win for the Purdue program in four weeks. The Boilers may legitimately have a shot to get it done, as it's highly plausible that they can get the best of both Michigan State and Indiana in their L/2 games of the year.

Up Next: Home vs. Michigan State (+1)

5: Penn State Nittany Lions (5-5 ATS, 8-2 SU) (LW: 4) Who knows why playing at home has been so difficult for the Nittany Lions this year? With their Rose Bowl dreams crushed, PSU may not have much left to play for against its final two opponents, both of which are still hanging on to bowl hopes of their own. Look out for another letdown.

Up Next: Home vs. Indiana (-22)

6: Michigan Wolverines (5-5 ATS, 5-5 SU) (LW: 5) The look on HC Rich Rodriguez's face as the Wolverines were knocked off by the Boilermakers at home told the whole story. After starting the year at 4-0 and ranked in the Top-25, Michigan is going to face the prospects of missing a bowl game for a second straight year unless it finds a way to win in Camp Randall or at home against Ohio State.

Up Next: Away @ Wisconsin (+10)

And the rest…

7: Wisconsin Badgers (4-5 ATS, 7-2 SU) (LW: 6)

8: Michigan State Spartans (4-5 ATS, 5-5 SU) (LW: 9)

9: Minnesota Golden Gophers (4-6 ATS, 5-5 SU) (LW: 8)

10: Illinois Fighting Illini (3-6 ATS, 3-6 SU) (LW: 10)

11: Northwestern Wildcats (3-6 ATS, 6-4 SU) (LW: 11)
