College Football Betting: Miami (OH) vs Temple
by Al Simmons

The Miami Ohio Redhawks will try to build momentum after winning for the first time last week as they visit the 14 point favorite Temple Owls at 7:30 PM ET at Lincoln Financial Field.
BetUS College Football Betting Odds:
Miami Ohio Redhawks +14
Temple Owls -14
The Redhawks had 8 losses in a row before defeating Toledo 31-24 last week. QB Zac Dysert ran for two touchdowns and passed for another in the win over the Rockets.
The Owls on the other hand have 6 wins in a row after losing the first two games in the season. RB Bernard Pierce rushed for 267 yards, including a 41-yard touchdown in the victory 27-24 over Navy last week.
“If you're in the hunt in November, then every game is important. Our goal wasn't to win six games. Our goal is bigger than that, and we are going just one rung at a time.” said Temple coach Al Golden following the win at Navy.
College football betting fans should know Miami Ohio owns the 24th ranked passing offense in the nation. Expect QB Dysert to establish a short passing game looking often for WR Armand Robinson (625 yards and 2 TD).
The thing is that despite the Redhawks high ranked passing offense they have struggled finding the end zone thru the air. WR Robinson and Eugene Harris have 4 TD combine this season and now are up face a team that intercepts the ball a lot.
Dysert also will try to avoid pressure by moving outside the pocket, if he finds a hole in the defense he will attack it with his explosive running game.
Temple will try to take advantage of their running game with RB Bernard Pierce. Pierce has scored 11 times this season and averages 129 yards per game.
Expect Pierce to have a nice games facing one of the worst rushing defense in the conference. The Redhawks allows 181.4 per game and have received 20 TD thru the ground.
College football betting tip: if you’re betting on the game total keep in mind it has gone OVER in 4 of Temple's last 6 games but it has gone UNDER in 4 of Miami (Ohio)'s last 5 games.
