NFL Betting - AFC Week 16 Power Poll
by Mike Rose

Fifteen weeks of football betting is in the books, and BetUS Sportsbook has everything you need to know about how the teams in the AFC stack in this week's set of NFL power rankings…
1: Indianapolis Colts (10-3-1 ATS, 14-0 SU) (LW: 1) The Colts top the NFL power rankings yet again after taking care of the Jags 35-31 on Thursday night. The biggest question remaining? Will Indy really try to make it to 16-0?
Up Next: Home vs. Jets (-5.)
2: Miami Dolphins (8-6 ATS, 7-7 SU) (LW: 6) HC Tony Sparano isn't going to be happy with the fact that his team fought all the way back from a huge deficit against the Titans only to lose in overtime, but at least the Fins beat the football betting line! Miami has a major test this week in an elimination game.
Up Next: Home vs. Texans (-3) +100
3: Denver Broncos (8-6 ATS, 8-6 SU) (LW: 2) Gulp! Things are starting to get tense for the Broncos after losing at home to the lowly Raiders on Sunday afternoon. Now with a trip to the City of Brotherly Love on deck, Denver bettors are starting to wonder whether it will even make the playoffs.
Up Next: Away @ Eagles (+7) -115
4: Baltimore Ravens (8-6 ATS, 8-6 SU) (LW: 7) Baltimore was the only team in the AFC that really seized its opportunity to take control of its own destiny on Sunday when it dismantled the Bears. A win at Heinz Field this week will essentially wrap up a playoff spot and keep the pressure on the Bengals to pick up one more win in order to lock up the division.
Up Next: Away @ Steelers (+2.5)
5: Houston Texans (7-7 ATS, 7-7 SU) (LW: 3) The Texans did everything that they had to do over these last two weeks to keep their slim playoff hopes alive. A win in Miami on Sunday would help, but realistically, it's going to take losses by both Jacksonville and Tennessee to get the job done as well.
Up Next: Away @ Dolphins (+3) -120

6: San Diego Chargers (7-7 ATS, 11-3 SU) (LW: 4) The Chargers essentially inked their name on the board as the #2 seed in the AFC after beating Cincinnati on Sunday, but they weren't good enough to cover the number. Now the Bolts head to Tennessee, where the Titans will have everything to play for in a do-or-die situation.
Up Next: Away @ Titans (+3)
7: Oakland Raiders (7-7 ATS, 5-9 SU) (LW: 10) The Raiders have been a frisky team that has really wrecked the AFC playoff picture in a bad way in recent weeks. After winning in Pittsburgh and Denver, doesn't this game in Cleveland coming up feel like a major letdown?
Up Next: Away @ Browns (+3) +100
8: Buffalo Bills (7-7 ATS, 5-9 SU) (LW: 5) Buffalo did everything it could on Sunday, but still came up just short of the Pats and probably gave New England the keys to the AFC East championship. Sunday's game in Atlanta is rather inconsequential, but it should be another test to see if HC Perry Fewell will either keep his job or land one elsewhere next season.
Up Next: Away @ Falcons (+9)
And the rest…
9: Cincinnati Bengals (7-7 ATS, 9-5 SU) (LW: 9)
10: Cleveland Browns (7-7 ATS, 3-11 SU) (LW: 12)
11: New York Jets (7-7 ATS, 7-7 SU) (LW: 8)
12: New England Patriots (6-7-1 ATS, 9-5 SU) (LW: 13)
13: Tennessee Titans (6-8 ATS, 7-7 SU) (LW: 11)
14: Jacksonville Jaguars (5-9 ATS, 7-7 SU) (LW: 14)
15: Kansas City Chiefs (5-9 ATS, 3-11 SU) (LW: 15)
16: Pittsburgh Steelers (4-10 ATS, 7-7 SU) (LW: 16)
