Williams
A certain 2006 1st round pick
Position: RB Number: 20
School: Memphis Height: 5'10
Status: Senior Weight: 205

-This is a player at the running back position that reminds me of former NFL running back "John Avery" from the college of Ole Mississippi, in that I feel he is very much overrated as a runner.

- No question he posses the quickness and speed you look for from a running back of his size but I feel he lacks the instincts needed to be a top performer in the NFL, I believe he is more of an athlete than football player.

- Like John Avery he showed the flash and speed to take it the distance on any touch of the football, but he lacked the consistency to break arm tackles and the natural vision to cutback and have defenders off balance, he also tends to not finish off runs well, meaning after contact from defenders he consistently does not have the lean forward nor the yardage after contact you look for in a top flight next level runner

- He reminds me more of a talented track player that does not take well to contact on the football field than anything else, maybe he will be a good kickoff special teams performer, John Avery was the 29th pick overall in the draft and I feel he was picked way too high, and at this time I do not feel this player should picked in the 1st RD either, his player evaluation on the field does not measure up to his press clippings with me!
