Apparently ABC’s first choice for the infamous "Monday Night Football" dropped towel episode wasn’t Terrell Owens – it was uh, less attractive announcer John Madden.
Owens was a fill-in, but it would’ve been kind of amusing to see Madden as the subject of Sheridan’s steamy antics.
