NFL Betting Trends - Week 16 OVER Power Poll
by Mike Rose

BetUS Sportsbook presents this week's NFL power rankings for which teams that NFL handicapping experts have been making money on with 'overs' this season...
1: New York Giants (9-4-1) (LW: 2) The G-Men did it all by themselves on Monday night when they dropped 45 points on the hapless Redskins. Now one of the most feared defenses from the beginning of the season is on a team that is at the top of the NFL power rankings for 'over' bettors.
Up Next: Home vs. Panthers (42.5)
2: Kansas City Chiefs (8-4-2) (LW: 3) Has NFL handicapping been easier for any other team in the NFL than the Chiefs? They've allowed at least 40 points in three of their L/4 overall, which is a sure signal for overs and failed covers. This week's question: Who dey gonna stop dem Bengals? Surely not Kansas City's defense.
Up Next: Away @ Bengals (40)
3: Philadelphia Eagles (9-5) (LW: 1) Philly's 'over' bettors took it on the chin again on Sunday afternoon against the Niners. The Eagles may find the sledding tough against a hard-nosed Denver defense that is angry after losing to Oakland last weekend.
Up Next: Home vs. Broncos (41.5)
4: San Diego Chargers (8-5-1) (LW: 4) The hits just keep on coming for the Chargers. They put 27 more points on the board against the Bengals on Sunday, continuing their season-long streak of games in which they scored at least 20 points. A win against Tennessee on Friday night will sew up the #2 seed in the conference.
Up Next: Away @ Titans (47)
5: Miami Dolphins (8-6) (LW: 5) It took a huge comeback to happen, but the Dolphins pushed their Week 15 clash with the Titans passed the number. With QB Matt Schaub and WR Andre Johnson bringing one of the best passing games in the league to Land Shark Stadium next weekend, points may once again be aplenty.
Up Next: Home vs. Texans (45)
6: Pittsburgh Steelers (8-6) (LW: 8) Thanks to 500+ passing yards from QB Ben Roethlisberger and a defense that had more holes in it than your average slice of Swiss cheese, the Steelers posted yet another win for 'over' bettors. Expect to see a rough and tumble game when Baltimore pays a visit to Heinz Field with a lot on the line this weekend.
Up Next: Home vs. Ravens (41.5)
7: Washington Redskins (8-6) (LW: NR) Over the L/4 weeks, the Redskins' once proud defense has allowed an average of 29.5 points per game. As a result, they've played four straight 'over' contests and seven out of eight overall to climb from the top of the 'under' power poll several weeks ago to the rankings of the 'over' power poll.
Up Next: Home vs. Cowboys (43)
8: Atlanta Falcons (7-7) (LW: 6) Sunday's game against the Jets was just ugly from the get go for 'over' bettors. New York couldn't kick field goals; Atlanta couldn't finish drives... just a nightmare! Hopefully for 'over' bettors, things will get back on track next week when the Falcons return to the Georgia Dome.
Up Next: Home vs. Bills (41)
