NFL Week 13 Fantasy Football Start ‘Em and Sit ‘Em
by Al Simmons

In case top fantasy starters like Kurt Warner, Michael Turner and DeSean Jackson are unable to play, some owners may need contingency plans to keep their play off hopes alive.
NFL Week 13 Fantasy Football Start ‘em and Sit ‘em
STAR EM
QB
Carson Palmer vs. Detroit: You start all your players against the Lions.
Kyle Orton vs. Kansas City: Despite Orton’s ankle injury you start him against the Chiefs.
Matt Schaub vs. Jacksonville: The Jaguars can’t defend the pass at all, so expect Schaub to have a big game.
RB
Rashard Mendenhall vs. Oakland: the Raiders rank 31st against the run, giving up 161.1 yards per game. They have allowed 13 rushing touchdowns to opposing running backs.
Jonathan Stewart vs. Tampa Bay: DeAngelo Williams could be out for this game so it may be a big game for Stewart. The Bucs are 30th defending the run.
LaDainian Tomlinson vs. Cleveland: L.T. is yet to run for 100 yards in a game but he will against the Browns.
WR
Chad Ochocinco vs. Detroit: The Lions ranks dead last defending the pass. Ochocinco is a must start every week.
Austin Collie vs. Tennessee: Collie had the best game of his career against the Titans in week 5.
SIT EM
QB
Matt Cassel vs. Denver: Cassel doesn’t have an offensive line to protect him long enough to find an open wide reciever.
Joe Flacco vs. Green Bay: Green Bay’s secondary will make Flacco second guess.
RB
Bush, McFadden and Fargas vs. Pittsburgh: the Steelers own the best defense against the run.
Tim Hightower vs. Minnesota: Last year, Hightower only 20 yards and five catches for 20 yards against the Vikings.
WR
Roddy White vs. Philadelphia: Matt Ryan is out and the Eagles D is too good for backup QB Redman.
