These are the five contenders for the holy grail of sports trophies. If you want to back one of these clubs in order to get a payoff come June, I would suggest Ottawa. The vets on the team have something to prove to the world, the youngsters are hungry and won't feel the pressure and the goalie (Hasek) is looking to show everyone he is still the man. The Senators are probably the best bet, but any of these five teams will give you a good shot at winning the cup.

The NHL season is nearly upon us and BetUS wants you to be prepared. We will have all your hockey props to keep you pumped the entire year!
The obvious prop is who will win the Stanley Cup. Naturally, everyone knows who the top 3-4 teams are. But, which one of these teams should you lay your money on to hoist the most coveted prize in professional sports come June? Here are some of the contenders.
Ottawa: Massive makeover from the last time the NHL was in session. Great team speed, great goaltending and a lot of scoring potential.
Calgary: On paper, they have improved on their altready great time from 03-04. Good defense, great goaltending and tons of grit.
Philadelphia: Very strong and tough team. Goaltending is good not great and the coaching/experience level is excellent.
