Bookie: Great question Scotty. The best method is to open a Neteller.com account. They are a funds transfer service used by BetUS.com, and once you verify your bank account or credit card with them we can send you your money for a four percent charge within minutes of when you request it. Western Union is also a quick way to receive a payout, but the fees are a little steeper.
If you have deposited directly to us with a credit card it is a good idea to call our customer service department in advance of when you will want your payout to make sure that all three documents we require are on hand: a front and back copy of the credit card used, a voucher form (which you can request from customer service and e-mail back), and a copy of some personal ID. Also for a payout from a credit card deposit the money has to stay in the account for thirty days, and of course meet the roll-over requirement if you’re withdrawing bonus money.
We (and all sportsbooks) have to take these precautionary measures because as you can imagine sportsbooks are prime targets for people using credit cards to commit fraud.
