Howdy Book,
If I was actually lucky enough to win a couple of bets, what of all the possibilities, is the cheapest way to collect on my winnings?

Depending on the size of payout, I would say that Fed-Ex would be the cheapest, because they charge one rate, where this is a benefit on larger payouts it could cost more for smaller payouts. Netteller and Western Union base there fees on the dollar amount request on the payout. Please check with your Customer Service Agent for specifics.
