Tennis Prediction: – After a good US Open tune-up, Stepanek is the sure play in this matchup.

Tennis Prediction: - Del Potro had a modest US Open Series, his best performance coming at the ATP Masters Series in Cincinnati (advanced to the R16). Mahut has played in no warm-up events leading up to the US Open.
Tennis : – Del Potro (-375) in four sets.
Tennis Prediction: – No.48 Querrey could not have gotten a better matchup to start his US Open campaign with. Querrey is the sure play.
Tennis : – Querrey (-500) in straight sets.
Tennis Prediction: – Hartfield has not played in any US Open warm-up events, whereas Melzer has participated in three. Melzer’s best result was at the ATP Masters Series in Cincinnati – where he advanced into the R16. Melzer is the sure play, however, Hartfield could orchestrate the upset.

Tennis Prediction: – Tied at 1 in head-to-heads this matchup is more even than the line would suggest. Johansson holds the slightest edge on hard, however Massu holds the most recent victory (on clay) over Johansson. Betting on Johansson is the better play, but I like Massu’s odds in this matchup.
