Next Up For Liddell – Dancing With the Stars?!?!

Since losing to Mauricio Rua at UFC 97: Redemption, Liddell has hidden from the spot light. With Dana White pleading for him to go in to retirement, Liddell has had to mull his options, lick his wounds and collect his thoughts. Now, in his spare time, Lidell will also be able to work on his waltz.
That’s right, one of the legends of the UFC is going to be on "Dancing With The Stars". There are only three things I might watch this season:
- Chuck Liddell does his patented "arms wide" celebration at the end of every dance.
- He goes ballistic after getting voted off for his haircut and ground-and-pounds Michael Flatley in to dust.
- Liddell gets KO’d by an errant high-kick from his partner.
Liddell’s competition also includes Dallas Cowboys receiver Michael Irvin, who will try to become the second member of America’s Team to win the competition since Emmitt Smith rolled to victory in Season 3.

Rounding out the cast will be Aaron Carter, Macy Gray, Mya, Ashley Hamilton, Debi Mazar, Melissa Joan Hart, Donny Osmond, Tom DeLay, Joanna Krupa, Kathy Ireland and Mark Dacacoso. Now, I couldn’t tell you who half of those people are, but I’m pretty sure that Aaron Carter is the younger brother of a Backstreet Boy, and one of the contests was the lead in "Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat" and Tom DeLay is a well noted politician.
