Top 2 Boxing Parlay Picks for Nov 15
1. Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson: Fading a Heavyweight Legend
Are we living in a simulation? We must be because if you told me five or six years ago that I’d be backing Jake Paul to defeat Mike Tyson, I would’ve asked: What are you smoking? But no, here we are: It’s 2024, and a 58-year-old “Iron Mike,” one of the most recognizable names in boxing history, is en route to suffering a damning loss versus a former Disney Channel actor and YouTuber.
Paul, 27, has become accustomed to selecting opponents in the ring that give him clear advantages. 80% of his opponents to date have been significantly older, former MMA fighters with limited boxing experience, part-time boxers who haven’t fought in years, or all three! Alongside a genius level of marketing, he’s managed to become a face in the sport of boxing, and as a result, he’s been able to lure one of the most renowned heavyweight pugilists in existence.
You don’t have to like him, but you must respect him. Boomers and those born in generations who enjoyed Tyson’s come-up are sold on this being a fair fight. It’s far from it. Aside from the 31-year age gap, ‘Iron Mike’ pulled out of this same fight just months ago due to a flared ulcer. Such health concerns, in combination with a 19-year absence from pro boxing, place Tyson in an unfavorable situation, making my boxing prediction today lean on Jake Paul.
Bet on Jake Paul Moneyline [-235]
Here’s some real footage of Tyson without editing and sped-up clips.
The guy is cooked, how is this fight happening😂

The Paul Moneyline Is a Gift
If you took the time to watch the clip of Mike Tyson’s open workout above, you’d realize how far Tyson is from his prime. Unlike the edited, sped-up videos you’ll find online, the open workout displays a slow, awkwardly balanced, and uncoordinated ‘Iron Mike’ that will surrender every variable attribute in the ring to Paul.
This isn’t a man in his forties attempting to relive the glory days, who might still present some danger; it’s a man who is decades beyond his prime, looking for a quick paycheque.
I’ll be honest: when looking at the current boxing odds of -235 on Jake Paul’s moneyline, I see a position that presents free money. It isn’t 1990 anymore, and the man who once sent shivers up the spines of fellow contending heavyweights is a weed-smoking, near sixty-year-old man who, for some reason, believes he can stand and bang with a thick, confident, and heavy-hitting twenty-something guy with something to prove.
Although it pains me to say that Tyson will be outclassed this weekend. Not because he isn’t the more knowledgeable, accomplished, and skilled fighter, but because Father Time is relentless, and not even the GOAT’s of sport can avoid it!
Jake Paul ML Supporting Betting Trends:
- Paul has finished 7 of his 10 opponents by KO
- Paul has defeated every opponent who was older than him unanimously or by KO/TKO
- Tyson hasn’t fought professionally since 2005
- Tyson lost by KO in 3 of his final 4 fights (2002-2005)
If I see this happen to Mike Tyson on Friday I’m beginning my boxing journey to take down Jake Paul. pic.twitter.com/CIA7XSpXkh

2. Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano: The Rematch
Robbery!
Yes, I’ll scream it from the rooftops because every hardcore boxing fan knows that Amanda Serrano should’ve gotten the nod following her first fight with Katie Taylor, and this is coming from an Irishman, so my bias is non-existent.
Dirty judging is nothing new, however. As pugilist purists, we’re used to it. Will lightning strike twice? Is the question, and does Taylor have anything more to bring to the table than we’ve already witnessed?
To answer the latter, I’d say no, especially after watching her recent fights, where the County Wicklow native has looked slower and more lethargic than she ever has. Not to mention, her first career defeat arrived thanks to Chantelle Cameron, and despite reclaiming the gold in a rematch, I’m unsure if we can trust the 38-year-old version of Taylor to stay on top and continue defeating the best.
Serrano, aged 36, is no spring chicken herself, but there’s something about the seven-weight, multi-division world champion, where she seemingly gets stronger from fight to fight. She was faster, more powerful, and undoubtedly deserved to win in the first Taylor fight, and this weekend is redemption time.
Bet on Amanda Serrano ML [-130]

Why the Moneyline Makes Sense
BetUS Sportsbook favors her despite Serrano losing the first fight. Why? Because she was robbed by the judges last time out. Although the fight was close during moments, Puerto Rico’s finest delivered the more damaging shots and outperformed the Irish woman in all metrics!
Serrano has gone on record, telling boxing news outlets that she played it too safe in the early rounds last time, and we should expect a high tempo and aggression early on in the rematch. I believe this is the perfect method to give the judge no doubts, and who knows, perhaps the knockout artist of old will return.
In unison with Jake Paul’s moneyline, the Most Valuable Promotions fight team parlay provides us with a plus-money parlay with +153 odds!
Amanda Serrano ML Supporting Betting Trends:
- Serrano arguably won the first fight despite the judges’ decision
- Taylor has lost 1 of her 3 fights since the first Serrano bout
- Serrano has won 5 consecutive bouts since the first fight with Taylor
One of the most accomplished fighters in the history of boxing.
