As the fourth seed in the Pac-12 tournament, the Ducks went on to win the whole thing, beating Colorado 75-68 in the championship game. There were some expectations for the Gamecocks in the SEC tournament, but they were dominated by Auburn 86-55 in the quarterfinal.

There is a world in which Oregon is a great college basketball pick for the moneyline, but with this still being March Madness, taking it to cover the spread makes the most sense. Another reason not to completely jump on the Ducks’ bandwagon is that going into the Pac-12 tournament, they were not the hottest team.
Before starting the Pac-12 tournament, Oregon had lost three of the last four games. The Ducks also closed out the regular season with losses to Arizona and Colorado. However, in the Pac-12 tournament, they beat top-seeded Arizona 67-59 in the semifinals and then Colorado to win the championship.
On the other hand, there is some cause for concern in college basketball spreads. Oregon has only covered three spreads over the last 10 games, two of which came in the previous two wins of the Pac-12 tournament. Still, it is hard not to back a team that is getting hot at the right time.

Offensively, the team put the ball in his hands, and while Couisnard never led the game in scoring, he did everything else.
