The third-ranked Duke Blue Devils must rebound from a loss for the first time since Thanksgiving as a big favorite in the college basketball odds when the California Golden Bears visit on Wednesday.
Duke had won 16 straight games before allowing Clemson to shoot 58.8 percent from the field in a 77-71 setback on Saturday. Blue Devils freshman phenom Cooper Flagg was held to 6-of-17 from the field and will likely have an answer against Cal.
The Golden Bears have lost three of four to drop to .500, including the 76-66 defeat at the hands of Wake Forest at home on Saturday. Cal has some high-end talent, but does not own the depth to earn your bet online in this game.

Top 3 California vs Duke Betting Picks
1. Bet Duke -23 (-110)
That’s a whole lot of points to give, but if Duke is going to have a response to its first loss since November, it’s probably going to be a loud one at home.
Newsflash: Cooper Flagg can play. Meanwhile, Kon Knueppel is averaging 16.4 points over the past five games and Tyrese Proctor has been hot the last three contests (18.7 points) for the Blue Devils, per Cal vs Duke stats.

Cal is not stopping many teams. The Golden Bears are allowing more than 75 points and 47.2 percent shooting in ACC play. Cal lost by 26 at North Carolina last month as a 15 ½-point underdog and a similar result is expected.
Duke is 14-9 ATS this season and 5-3 as a favorite of 20 points or more. We think the Blue Devils will come out with a dominant performance and show why they will be a major factor during March Madness.
2. Bet Over 142 ½ points (-110)
Duke has scored at least 83 points in five of the last eight games and averages 80.9 in ACC play – tops in the conference per NCAAB betting trends.
The Blue Devils should be able to get to 85 in this contest against the Golden Bears, who allow opponents to shoot 36.7 percent from 3-point range. The Blue Devils make over 10 per game from behind the 3-point arc.
Flagg will want to get back on track after a so-so performance at Clemson and Proctor is 19-of-37 from the field the last three games. Duke will need more from everyone other than the big three, though, for you to cash this wager at BetUS Sportsbook.
Cal has three players who can put up points. Andrej Stojakovic (17.9 ppg) has struggled the last four games (8.0), but Jeremiah Wilkinson (19.9 ppg last six) and Jovan Blacksher Jr. (16.7 last three) have been hot lately.

Expect an 86-62 type score in this matchup.
3. Bet Kon Knueppel 14+ Points (-130)
Kon Knueppel has shot the ball well the last three games, draining 15 of 26 attempts from the field. The freshman from Wisconsin also connected on four 3-pointers at Clemson.
Flagg will get his points and Proctor will likely continue his hot streak, but Knueppel is probably a better value for your player prop betting on Wednesday.
Knueppel has scored at least 14 points in eight of the last 12 games and gets plenty of opportunities while averaging almost 10 shots per outing. He can score in many ways and is making 88.1 percent of his free throws as well.

If you want a Cal player prop to add to your NCAAB picks and parlays, senior Mady Sissoko has grabbed double-figure rebounds in four of the last five games. Duke has been outrebounded the last three games.
PICK: Kon Knueppel 14+ Points (-130)
