Set Your Sights on Tasty College Basketball Games for a Parlay Feast
College basketball betting takes over Saturday again with over a dozen fantastic matchups. Most of these will be available from the BetUS online sportsbook. I picked four of the best games from an online sports betting standpoint and am adding one upset special between two Top 25 teams. Let’s not waste time.
(25) Tennessee Volunteers vs Auburn Tigers
Let’s start with an SEC matchup as the Vols (9-6; 16-6) look to pound on the Tigers (5-10; 11-13). Tennessee has had an up-and-down season but still have third-best rated defense per KenPom.com.

The Vols’ schizophrenic offense has been their crux as their shooting comes and goes. But they’re still one of the most talented team with a pair of star guards in Jaden Springer and Keon Johnson leading the charge.
Auburn has also had a hot-and-cold offense, but they’re nowhere near as good on defense and can get sloppy with the ball.
Tennessee D’s up, wins the turnover battle, and wins this one comfortably.
Pick: Tennessee to win and cover
Wake Forest Demon Deacons vs (16) Virginia Tech Hokies
Moving to the ACC, VTech (8-4; 14-5) should handle business against Wake Forest (3-12; 6-12). VTech, like Tennessee, is another talented team who could be a top-50 team in both offense and defense at their peak.
They missed the spread the last time they faced Wake Forest winning that game by four points. But at home, the Hokies are 9-2 while the Demon Deacons are 1-7.
VTech will lock down Wake Forest’s perimeter shooting, clean up on the glass, and beat them definitely this time.
Pick: Virginia Tech to win and cover
Drake Bulldogs vs Bradley Braves
Drake (14-2; 23-2) are fighting Loyola-Chicago for the top spot of the MVC and it’s thanks to a potent offense that they have a slight edge. That will be on full display against the overmatched Braves (5-11; 11-14) here.
Bradley has only won two of its last ten games going an abysmal 1-7-2 ATS and winless as a dog (0-3). Their defense has fallen off a cliff averaging 66 points per game and failing to hit 60 points in five of their last ten.
Neither team excels on defense, but even Drake has an advantage here. Regardless, I expect to see Drake blow out Bradley for a second straight time.
Pick: Drake to win and cover
Saint Mary’s Gaels vs BYU Cougars
BYU (9-3; 18-5) has been a distant second in the WCC but they are easily a top-50 team in the country. The Cougars have some beautiful offense ranking in the top-50 in both two and 3-point percentages.
Saint Mary’s (4-5; 13-7) was actually favored against BYU the first time they met (they lost). The Gaels have an elite defense and limit opponents to just 62.2 points and 8.2 assists per game. They’re looking to disrupt BYU’s flow here, but that won’t be enough.
The Cougars have an underrated defense as well. But they have a functional offense while Saint Mary’s doesn’t even look Division-I worthy sometimes. Chalk for BYU.
Pick: BYU to win and cover
(2) Baylor Bears vs (17) Kansas Jayhawks
Sometimes you just feel an upset coming, and Kansas (11-6; 17-8) will do the honors in this Big 12 rematch with Baylor (18-0, 10-0).
The battle-tested Jayhawks are seeing their defense peak in recent outings. Despite being 0-3 as an underdog, Kansas has a solid collection of savvy guards to test Baylor’s bit three.
Baylor kicked the doors down in their first meeting, but Kansas rallied to make things a bit closer. I expect more of the second-half as the Jayhawks end the Bears’ bid for perfection and at least cover the spread.
Pick: Kansas to cover

Some shameless chalk plays here, but we’re looking to cash a four-way parlay so we need some big edges matchup-wise. But we’re not done yet. Here’s an upset special you can add to your parlay or bet separately.
