Creighton has won all three of its meetings with Alabama. The last time the teams met was last December. Ryan Kalkbrenner had 19 points and eight rebounds in 24 minutes for Creighton, while Mark Sears led Alabama with 19 points.

It was the first meeting between the teams since 2016. Creighton’s 85-82 win barely went over the 166-point total set by the sports betting odds.

Alabama is expected to have senior guard Chris Youngblood make his season debut. The transfer averaged 15.3 points per game for South Florida last season.
