Dayton enters this game having lost back-to-back road games and three of the last four.

While all three losses came against teams in the A-10 well above the .500 mark (Richmond, VCU and George Mason), traveling to face a motivated and talented Loyola Chicago team is going to be a tall task. Both teams are tied for second in the conference, so a win here would be huge and could bolster both teams’ NCAA tournament resumes. I think Loyola Chicago’s homecourt advantage will make a big impact here.

As for Loyola, they’ve lost just two true home games all season, including a two-point loss to Richmond on Jan. 9 and an early-season loss to UIC.
