The No. 3 Duke Blue Devils try to hang onto the lead in the tight race atop the ACC standings when they host the Stanford Cardinal on Saturday. Duke comes into the game with just one loss in conference play and sits a game ahead of both Clemson and Louisville.
Stanford has dropped three of four, including a road loss to Georgia Tech on Wednesday. The Cardinal sits in sixth place in the ACC but needs to pick up some more wins to make its Selection Sunday a little more comfortable.
Duke is among the favorites to win March Madness, sitting with +425 odds, which is tied with Auburn for the best in the country. The Blue Devils are 20.5-point favorites in this game, per BetUS Sportsbook, with the over/under set at 140.5 points.

3 Stanford vs Duke Bets You Should Be Making
1. Duke (-19)
The Blue Devils’ dreams of an undefeated conference campaign were dashed with last weekend’s loss at Clemson, but they still have a regular-season title and potential No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament to play for. Coach Jon Scheyer’s squad bounced back nicely with a 78-57 win at home vs California on Wednesday, the team’s 14th straight win at home, per NCAAB betting trends.
Freshman phenom Cooper Flagg also had a bounce-back game, finishing with 27 points, five rebounds, three assists and three steals. Flagg struggled against Clemson, shooting just 6-of-17 from the floor and managing only four points in the first 34 minutes of the loss.
Flagg is a top candidate for ACC Player of the Year, but he’ll be facing one of his biggest competitors for the award in Stanford forward Maxime Raynaud. The 7-foot-1 senior from France is averaging 19.9 points and is third in the country with 11.5 rebounds per game. His ability to stay out of foul trouble and be effective offensively will be a major key to any Stanford upset hopes.

Raynaud is coming off one of his worst games of the season, finishing with just eight points and six rebounds in Wednesday’s loss to Georgia Tech. Raynaud shot just 4-of-13 from the field, including 0-of-6 marksmanship from 3-point range.
The Blue Devils will certainly be focusing on stopping the Frenchman in this one, and they have the height and depth to do just that. Duke just has too much talent at its disposal for the Cardinal to even keep this one close. Make one of your college basketball best bets on the Blue Devils to cover at home.
2. Stanford vs Duke Under 140.5
While both of these teams are among the top nine in the ACC in scoring (Duke third at 80.0 points per game, Stanford ninth at 74.8), they’re also among the conference leaders in scoring defense.
Per Stanford vs Duke stats, the Blue Devils are limiting opponents to 60.4 points per game, best in the conference, while the Cardinal rank seventh, allowing just 70.5 points per game.
We expect this game to be one of the more low-scoring games of Saturday, so we’re going with the under on this one. Duke cranked up the defensive intensity in its last outing, holding California to just 57 points and 35.1% shooting from the field.
Even in its loss to the Yellow Jackets, Stanford was solid on the defensive end, giving up just 60 points on 38.8% shooting. The Cardinal will make it difficult for Duke to score for much of the game, helping put this total under.
We expect the Blue Devils to gradually pull away for the easy victory, but the final score isn’t going to be a large total. Make your bet online on the under for a wagering win.
Bet On Stanford vs Duke Under 140.5
3. Stanford F Maxime Raynaud Over 10.5 Rebounds
As stated earlier, Maxime Raynaud is third in the country in rebounding with 11.5 per contest. Wednesday’s single-digit rebounding effort was only his fourth of the season, so don’t expect him to repeat it against the Blue Devils.
In the previous three instances of finishing with fewer than 10 boards, Raynaud responded in the following contest, averaging 15.6 in the games immediately after. We expect more of the same in this crucial game against the Blue Devils.
His team might not come out on top, but Raynaud going over his rebound total is one of your college basketball player props options for Saturday.
Bet on Maxime Raynaud Over 10.5 Rebounds (-115)
