Receiver Jamarye Joiner (knee) is probable. Defensive lineman JB Brown and linebacker Treshaun Hayward are out. Receiver Tayvian Cuningham, quarterbacks Gunner Cruz and Jordan McCloud are out for the season. Joyner had 140 receiving yards and two touchdowns in the 2019 game against Arizona State.

Arizona State was listed as a three-point favorite against Oregon State, according to the sportsbook.

Oregon State led by 17 points at halftime. Arizona State scored its lone touchdown early in the fourth quarter but it wasn’t enough as the Beavers’ 24-10 win marked the fourth time in the last five games the Sun Devils failed to cover.

The game did not come close to the 59-point total.

Injury Report

Tight ends Jalin Conyers and Curtis Hodges, offensive lineman Henry Hattis, defensive backs Evan Fields and Willie Hart and receiver Andre Johnson are questionable. Running back Jackson He, receiver Johnny Wilson and tight end Jake Ray are out. Defensive lineman Jermayne Lole is out for the season. Hodges, Johnson and Wilson are among seven Arizona State players with at least 10 catches this season.

There could be some disruptive plays by the Arizona State defense. Arizona has given up more sacks and tackles for loss than any other Pac-12 team.

Arizona State running back Rachaad White, who has rushed for 911 yards, looks to get back on track. He ran for 386 yards in wins over Southern California and Washington but was held to 39 yards in last week’s loss to Oregon State.

Stanley Berryhill’s 75 catches are the most for an Arizona player since Austin Hill’s 81 in 2012.

Arizona has lost its last 10 road games and has dropped five of the last six games against Arizona State.

The total has gone over in seven of Arizona State’s last nine games against Arizona.

The Sun Devils are 1-4 against the spread in their last five games.
