Bet Oklahoma to Cover Big Line vs Tulsa
Oklahoma is a four-touchdown road favorite against Tulsa in the latest college football spreads for Week 3, per BetUS. The over-under is set at 60 points. Let’s examine whether backing Oklahoma or Tulsa is among the NCAAF Score Predictions for Week 3.
For the third straight week, Oklahoma will be a heavy favorite against a non-Power Five opponent. The major question the Sooners are facing is whether the offense can get back on track against what should be a lesser opponent than SMU. Oklahoma had just 14 points against the Mustangs going into the fourth quarter.

Tulsa is 1-1 after a 33-point loss in Week 2 against Washington. Oklahoma has covered sizable spreads in both games this season.
Here is a breakdown of how to bet Oklahoma-Tulsa against the spread.
Top Two Tulsa QBs Dealing With Injuries
This is admittedly a weird matchup as the Sooners will be a rare Power Five road team against a Group of Five opponent. Oklahoma faces a Tulsa team in front of a sold-out H.A. Chapman Stadium with 30,000 fans.
Tulsa has not named a starting quarterback as Braylon Braxton and Cardell Williams are both dealing with injuries. Roman Fuller is expected to get the start if neither quarterback is able to suit up against Oklahoma.

Following Williams’ hand injury, Fuller went 12 of 18 for 85 passing yards and one touchdown against Washington. Not exactly the type of offensive performance that will be enough to hang with the Sooners offense, if repeated.
Will the Real Oklahoma Offense Please Stand Up?
After dropping 73 points against Arkansas State in the season opener, Oklahoma majorly regressed in Week 2, only holding a 14-3 lead on SMU going into the fourth quarter. Dillion Gabriel threw for four touchdowns but had just 176 passing yards. The pressure is on Gabriel to keep his foot on the gas with five-star freshman quarterback Jackson Arnold looming as QB2.

The good news is that the Sooners may have found their RB1 in Tawee Walker. The playmaker notched 21 carries for 117 yards and averaged 5.6 yards per rush against the Mustangs.
Oklahoma vs Tulsa Best Bet
Oklahoma has its question marks, but Tulsa has more, most notably at quarterback. While I don’t see the Sooners reaching 73 points again in the near future, we should see a better showing against the Golden Hurricane.
Score Prediction: Oklahoma 44, Tulsa 13

Look for Gabriel and Oklahoma to drop a 40-burger on Tulsa to cover the spread. Oklahoma wins going away over an overmatched Golden Hurricane squad.
