Cincinnati vs Colorado Picks for 10/26: Best Bet on Sanders
- The line continues to trend toward Colorado versus Cincinnati.
- Colorado and Cincinnati enter this Big 12 matchup on hot streaks.
- Let’s take a look at my college football predictions for Cincinnati vs Colorado.
- BetUS Sportsbook has all the latest college football betting odds.
The college football line keeps moving toward the Colorado Buffaloes with Coach Prime’s squad now a 5½-point favorite versus Cincinnati. The over-under sits at 57½ points for this Big 12 matchup. Let’s take a look at my college football pick as Colorado hosts Cincy.

One thing we found out this offseason is that Shedeur Sanders is that the star is a much better quarterback than rapper. Regardless of whether Sanders leaves the mic for rappers such as Kendrick Lamar, Sanders stands a good chance to be one of the top quarterbacks selected in the 2025 NFL draft.
🦬 I’ve seen some great Sanders Family moments over the last 2yrs. This one is probably my favorite.

For now, Sanders and Travis Hunter have the Buffs in contention to win the Big 12. Colorado cannot afford a misstep against Cincinnati in Week 9.
Here’s a look at my betting breakdown of Colorado and Cincinnati.

3 Things to Consider When Betting Cincinnati vs Colorado
1. Coach Prime Has Colorado Playing Red Hot
Both of these Big 12 squads have outperformed preseason expectations in the NCAA football odds. Colorado has won four of its last five games.
Three of those wins came by at least 19 points. The Buffs were very much in contention to defeat No. 16 Kansas State before Avery Johnson’s late game-winning touchdown pass sealed a 3-point win.
Deion Sanders had the rare opportunity to clap back at former President Barack Obama, who picked Arizona to upend Colorado.

“I love him. I admire him. I respect him tremendously, but I heard what he said,” Sanders said, per The Athletic. “We have more than two good players. … President, c’mon, man.”

2. How Good Is Cincinnati?
Like Colorado, Cincinnati also comes into Boulder on a hot streak, winning four of its last five outings.
Cincy may have just notched their best win of the season with a 24-14 victory against Arizona State. That said, Cincinnati also has losses against Pittsburgh and Texas Tech which is cause for concern when you bet online on the Bearcats.
Keep an eye on Bearcats running back Corey Kiner, who has been one of the team’s best playmakers this season. Kiner has topped 100 rushing yards in three games this season, including most recently against Arizona State.
The running back notched 22 carries for 102 yards versus the Sun Devils.
3. Cincinnati vs Colorado Pick: Ride With Coach Prime
Cincy has outperformed expectations, but the team has also dropped some of the games against their biggest opponents. Colorado is likely the best team Cincinnati has faced so far this season.

My concern with the Bearcats is that the team’s defense is unlikely to have answers for Shedeur Sanders, Travis Hunter and the Buffs explosive offense. Earlier in the week, I offered Colorado as one of my best bets in the college football lines.
Since then, Colorado is now favored by an additional point. I am still taking Colorado to cruise and cover the spread at the BetUS Sportsbook.
