The college football odds for conference championships have dropped, and I have to tell you I haven’t been this excited since Beyonce dropped a country album.
You may be surprised to learn that this week’s underdogs include teams like Georgia and Clemson. There are also some appealing favorites like Oregon who may be the only college football team who does not have a blemish on their resume.
Let’s dive into my college football predictions for the conference championship games.

College Football Playoffs Predictions: 4 ATS Bets for Dec 7
1. Oregon -3½ vs Penn State ATS Pick
Oregon may have been the biggest beneficiary of Ohio State losing to Michigan. It looked like we were headed toward a Big Ten rematch between Ohio State and Oregon.
Hopefully, you took my advice and hammered Michigan to cover ATS versus Ohio State. Yet, I’d be lying if I said I expected Ryan Day’s squad to lay a complete egg in The Game.
The last time Oregon and Penn State faced off?

As for the Big Ten title game, I just don’t think Penn State has the explosiveness needed to keep up with Oregon’s offense. The Ducks are a 3½-point favorite versus the Nittany Lions in the NCAAF odds.
Take Oregon to cover ATS versus Penn State to remain undefeated.
2. Clemson +2 vs SMU ATS Pick
SMU has had a magical season but forgive me for being a bit skeptical about the Ponies in their first season in the ACC. This is a flawed Clemson roster. Just ask the Gamecocks, but the Tigers still have plenty of firepower.
What is SMU’s best win this season? It is probably Louisville and the Mustangs lost to BYU who is arguably the best team they faced.
OFFICIAL: SMU and Clemson will face off in the ACC championship for a shot to make the College Football Playoff🔥

Give Dabo Swinney’s experience coaching in a billion ACC title games. Clemson is a 2-point underdog in the NCAA football lines, so Swinney will be able to play the underdog card all week.
Give me Clemson to both cover and pull off the “upset” versus SMU.
3. Georgia +2½ vs Texas ATS Pick
Wait, haven’t we seen this before? Georgia throttled Texas 30-15 earlier this season, and I think we could see this Dawgs team notch another victory.
Yes, Georgia struggled against Georgia Tech, but this is a much different game than the annual rivalry matchup versus the Jackets. Atlanta has become Georgia’s second home field away from Athens.
TEXAS. GEORGIA.

For such a powerhouse, Kirby Smart loves playing the “nobody believes in us” card. Smart may actually have a point this week as the Bulldogs are 2½-point dogs versus the Longhorns.
I still think the Texas offense is going to struggle to have answers against this stout Georgia defense. Bet online on those Dawgs to once again defeat the Longhorns.
4. Arizona State -2½ vs Iowa State ATS Pick
There may be no hotter team in the country than Arizona State. The Sun Devils went on a heater (and got some help) to make the Big 12 championship.
Arizona State’s winning streak includes victories versus BYU, Kansas State and Mississippi State. I will say Iowa State is coming off an impressive rivalry win versus Kansas State.
I like the Sun Devils’ chances to win thanks to star running back Cam Skattebo. Arizona State is a 2½-point favorite versus Iowa State at the BetUS Sportsbook.
We’re riding with Arizona State to win the Big 12 belt.
Bet This Pick: Arizona State -2.5 (-115)
