At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I am not sure how good Cincinnati is this season. The Bearcats are certainly better than the program looked last season.
Yet, Cincinnati has also mostly beaten up on the bottom teams in the Big 12 Conference. The Bearcats’ best win came against Arizona State.
West Virginia has been left for dead after losing to both Iowa State and Kansas State. Yet, the Mountaineers were able to bounce back with a win against Arizona.

2. South Florida (+129) Tops Cooled-Off Navy

Navy is coming off a 24-10 loss to Rice that was preceded by a 51-14 blowout defeat against Notre Dame. South Florida enters this matchup at the opposite end of the spectrum.
The Bulls survived a three-game losing streak to rip off two straight wins. USF is coming off an impressive 44-21 against rival FAU.
Look for Navy’s losing streak to continue as South Florida pulls off the outright upset in college football betting picks.

LSU has been able to hang with the best teams on its schedule. The Tigers also have a massive home-field advantage, especially with this being a night game.
Give me LSU or give me death in my NCAA football predictions.
4. Duke (+134) a Threat to ACC Foe NC State
For the casuals who simply scoreboard watch, most passed through Duke’s result against Miami as another normal win for the Hurricanes. Yet, in the actual game, Duke had Miami on the ropes and was ahead into the third quarter.

Then Cam Ward, the favorite in Heisman Trophy odds at +180, happened.
I still think that outing gives Duke confidence that this squad can hang with the top teams in college football. I like playmaking quarterback Maalik Murphy to have success against the North Carolina State state.
