- Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty is falling in the Heisman odds.
- Colorado star Shedeur Sanders is among my NCAAF best bets to win the Heisman Trophy.
- BetUS Sportsbook has all the latest college football odds.
We have a new favorite in the Heisman Trophy odds with Oregon quarterback Dillon Gabriel sitting atop the list at +230. What better way to celebrate Halloween week than eating too much candy and firing off some college football bets.

It seems like just yesterday when Colorado two-way star Travis Hunter was in the +2000 to +4000 range. Those days are no longer with Hunter now the front-runner in the Heisman odds at +225.
Don’t look now, but Hunter may face competition from someone on his own team. Let’s take a look at my best NCAA football picks to win the Heisman Trophy.
3 Best Bets to Win the Heisman Trophy
1. Colorado QB Shedeur Sanders (+4000) a Sleeper Pick
Given the sheer amount of media attention Colorado generates, it may be surprising to see that Shedeur Sanders is one of the top Heisman sleepers. Yes, the same guy who has a rap album and wants to sell you KFC chicken.
Yet, Sanders sits at +4000 to win the Heisman Trophy in college football futures odds. This makes the quarterback by far the biggest value of a player who has a legitimate chance to make a run in November.

Colorado is in Big 12 contention and will likely be favored in all the team’s remaining games. The Buffaloes will need some help from either BYU or Iowa State to open up a spot in the conference title game.
Sanders has thrown for 2,591 yards, 21 touchdowns and six interceptions while completing 73.3% of his passes. The quarterback will have to beat out his Colorado co-star, but he offers much better value than Hunter.
It doesn’t hurt that Sanders plays quarterback, the position that wins the award the most.

2. Boise State RB Ashton Jeanty (+400) is Starting to Fall
If you have been looking for a moment to grab Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty, now might be your time. Jeanty is experiencing a slight drop in the NCAAF lines for the Heisman at +400.

The playmaker is no longer the favorite but is still putting up video-game numbers. Jeanty has topped 120 rushing yards in all of his first seven outings.
The challenge is that Boise State does not have any remaining marquee games on the schedule.

3. Miami QB Cam Ward (+300) Is Putting Up Video Game Numbers (+300)
This is starting to feel a bit redundant, but it is going to be hard to pass up Cam Ward at the end of the season. If Miami is indeed a playoff team, Ward’s chances are going to be helped.
There is also the reality that Ward’s numbers look like something you see in “NCAA 25.” Ward has thrown for 2,746 yards, 24 touchdowns and five interceptions while completing 68% of his passes.

The playmaker has also added 186 rushing yards and three TDs on the ground. Ward still offers a solid value when you bet online at +300.
