2. UCF Gets Boost With New QB Dylan Rizk (Over 56)
UCF is the only team to start four quarterbacks this season, per Fox Sports. So, the Knights have really nailed the quarterback carousel and the calendar just hit November.
The good news is UCF appears to finally have a quarterback with staying power after KJ Jefferson laid a giant NIL-sized egg to start the season. New quarterback Dylan Rizk completed an impressive 80% of his passes while throwing for 294 yards and three touchdowns versus Arizona.

In Rizk’s first start, we saw an offensive explosion from the Knights resulting in 602 total yards in the team’s 56-12 blowout win against Arizona. UCF’s over-under record is 6-2-1 this season even amid their offensive woes.
