Undefeated Oregon and Indiana are both listed by the BetUS Sportsbook odds as the road favorites this weekend as Nebraska and Iowa are the only Big Ten teams favored at home in Week 10.

Thanks to USC piling it on and scoring a touchdown with less than 30 seconds remaining against Rutgers, we just missed a perfect Week 9 in our Big Ten best bets. Michigan and Oregon both delivered last weekend but aren’t part of the top options in Week 10 when they meet in Ann Arbor.

Three of the top seven teams in our odds to win the NCAAF national championship are Big Ten programs. Oregon, Penn State, and Ohio State come in at No. 1, 3, and 4 in the Associated Press poll and in the American Football Coaches Association poll.

Before we take a look at some of the best Big Ten bets in Week 10, make sure to check the latest college football news.

Top 3 CFB Betting Picks for the Big Ten in Week 10

1. Go With the Buckeyes to Tame the Nittany Lions Again

Before making any picks on the biggest Week 10 in the Big Ten, check the college football injury updates because Penn State quarterback Drew Allar could be a game-time decision as a result of a knee injury he suffered against Wisconsin.

Beau Pribula came in and was 11-for-13 with a touchdown pass but offered little in the way of a vertical passing game so if Allar is out or limited, it could play a key role in the matchup with Ohio State.

The last time the Buckeyes faced a ranked team, they fell to Oregon. Another loss and the Buckeyes might be out of the Big Ten championship picture. Ohio State did not exactly bounce back from the Oregon loss in emphatic fashion as the Buckeyes needed a late interception to hold on for the four-point win over Nebraska.

Ohio State has won seven games in a row against the Nittany Lions but is not a great college football pick against the spread, covering in just two of those games. In three of those games, Ohio State was favored by double digits, and that is not the case this time.

Bet This Pick: Ohio State ML (-165) vs Penn State

2. Bet Indiana to Win in East Lansing Once Again

It’s about time to start taking Indiana seriously. There are 12 teams with shorter odds of winning the national championship.

It is not surprising that Oregon and Penn State are still perfect heading into Week 10. Indiana is also undefeated with more points scored than any other Big Ten team.

The Hoosiers are just 3-12 in their last 15 games against Michigan State. However, the last two times that Indiana played in East Lansing, the Indiana Hoosiers came away with 24-0 and 39-31 victories.

There are injury concerns in this matchup as well. Quarterback Kurtis Rourke has been brilliant for the Hoosiers this season as he is completing 75% of his passes with 15 touchdowns and just three interceptions. Tayven Jackson wasn’t asked to go much last week against Washington as he was 11 of 19 for 124 yards in the 31-17 win. It could be a different story if he has to face Ohio State.

There is more value in going with Indiana at -110 to cover the 7.5-point spread. We are going to err on the side of caution and pick Indiana at -290 to make it three road wins in a row against Michigan State. Make sure to include them in your college football parlay picks.

Bet This Pick: Indiana (-290) vs Michigan State

3. Bet on USC to Get the Better of Rival Washington

USC and Washington as a Big Ten game? Welcome to the new reality of college football.

After years of butting heads in the Pac-12, this will be the first meeting between the USC Trojans and the Huskies as Big Ten rivals.

Last year at this time, the games had added meaning as both teams were looking to secure spots in the Pac-12 title game and in the College Football Playoff field.

That is not the case this time around with Washington 2-3 and USC 2-4 in conference play. There is no lack of NCAA football betting options for this game.

Washington has yet to score on its opening drive this season. USC has led after the first quarter in each of its last three games. It won’t be a surprise to see the Trojans play with the lead in this Week 10 matchup.

USC has won five of its last seven road games against Washington and we like the Trojans to take care of business as the 3-point road favorite.

Bet This Pick: USC (-3) vs Washington
