With Thanksgiving around the corner, the College Football Playoff race is full of pure chaos after a weekend of upsets. This makes the college football lines a bit more difficult to predict. Yet, I am still here to offer my early selections for Week 12.
This week’s predictions are full of underdogs. We’re riding with four dogs and one favorite for Week 12. In the SEC, Missouri and Tennessee are two live dogs to watch against sizable favorites.
Let’s dive into my best college football bets.

1. Houston (+2) Puts Arizona on Upset Alert
Houston Cougars started the season looking like one of the worst teams in the Big 12. Cougars head coach Willie Fritz has led a remarkable turnaround, highlighted by a 24-19 upset win over Kansas State.

Houston is coming off a bye and enters this matchup in a much better spot than Arizona. The Cougars are a 2-point underdog in the NCAAF odds versus the Wildcats. We’re riding with Houston in this matchup.

2. Tennessee (+9) Should Hang With Struggling Georgia
It is hard to imagine this same Georgia team that we saw versus Ole Miss is now nearly a double-digit favorite. Tennessee is a 9-point underdog in college football spreads.
The Dawgs’ offense is on the struggle bus, and if Kirby Smart had a solution we would have seen it by now. This is a good Vols team, and we’re taking Tennessee to cover ATS. Keep an eye on Tennessee quarterback Nico Iamaleava’s status heading into this matchup.
3. West Virginia (+2½) the Right Side vs Baylor
West Virginia has put together back-to-back wins against Cincinnati and Arizona. The Mountaineers have had some success with backup Nicco Marchiol starting in place of an injured Garrett Greene.

I trust West Virginia’s rushing attack more than anything about Baylor. Bet online on the Mountaineers to cover ATS versus Baylor.

4. Missouri (+13½) Covers ATS vs South Carolina
Missouri needed some magic to pull out a win against Oklahoma. This is a solid South Carolina squad, but it is unclear why the Gamecocks are nearly two touchdown favorites for this matchup.

Look for Missouri to keep this much closer and cover the massive spread versus South Carolina.
5. LSU (-4½) Bounces Back to Cover vs Florida
LSU laid an egg against Alabama, but Florida did the same against Texas. The bad news for the Gators is this roster is full of holes, while the Tigers at least have the talent to bounce back.
Even if DJ Lagway is able to start at quarterback for Florida, I still like LSU to cover the -4½ in my NCAA football predictions.
