Let’s check the latest college football odds, stats, and injury reports for North Carolina vs Virginia. We’ve plenty of NCAA football odds for you to consider.

High-Powered Heel Offense
The North Carolina Tar Heels are rolling, and it’s in large part to an offense that can change the scoreboard in a hurry. Freshman Drake Maye is playing like a veteran right now, 29 touchdowns passes has him tied atop the nation in that category.
“If you’re a receiver right now, why would you go anywhere else?” coach Mack Brown said of Maye after Saturday’s win over Pittsburgh. Maye’s five touchdown passes riddled the Panthers, “(Drake) hit 10 different receivers and (three) different guys scored the five touchdowns. He’s got an amazing knack of finding the open receiver.”
Maye’s 3,110 yards leads the nation in total offense, fifth in the country with 2,671 passing yards. He had 388 passing yards against Pitt, but also led the Heels in rushing (61 yards).
Senior Antoine Green had a game to remember, making 10 catches (180 yards, two touchdowns). He has 23 receptions (564 yards, six touchdowns) this season.
Junior wideout Josh Downs also scored twice against Pittsburgh, among his 11-0catch, 102 yard-day. Downs has 48 receptions (527 yards) and seven touchdowns this season.
Virginia Doomed By Its Offense
The Virginia Cavaliers have played solid defense this season, but lacking offensive punch has hurt. The last week was the latest example, as the Cavaliers held Miami (Fl.) to just 14 points (four overtimes), but managed just 12 in a losing effort
Senior quarterback Brennan Armstrong has some nice numbers, 1,826 yards passing and 353 rushing. However, nine interceptions and six touchdowns is a poor ratio. Armstrong had 208 yards passing against Miami but was sacked five times.
Virginia will need a huge effort to shut down the Tar Heels. The Cavs allow 21½ points per game while limiting opponents to 192.9 passing yards.

North Carolina vs Virginia Head-To-Head
The North Carolina Tar Heels, last season’s meeting, 59-39 at home. That snapped a four-game losing streak to the Cavaliers. This is a series of streaks, the Heels winning seven in a row prior to that Cav string of wins.
North Carolina holds a 65-57-4 advantage in the all-time series, 26-27 record in Charlottesville. The college football lines are favoring the Tar Heels to even that record with a victory.
