The college football lines has the Alabama-LSU, Georgia-Ole Miss and Oklahoma-Missouri matchups at three points or less, with the road team favored in each of them.

After going 8-1 in our SEC picks in the last three weeks, the tide turned with only the game prop bet of no points being scored in the first six points of the Vanderbilt-Auburn game delivering in the SEC football predictions in Week 10.

Georgia is third, Texas is fifth and Tennessee is seventh in the first College Football Playoff rankings of the year. However, the more interesting development is that No. 11 Alabama is the last team in from the Power-4 conference teams heading into Week 11. SEC rivals Texas A&M, LUS and Ole Miss are still in contention.

When looking at the NCAA football futures odds, six of the top 15 teams in the odds of winning the national championship hail from the SEC.

Let’s take a look at some of the bets to consider heading into Week 11.

Top 3 SEC Bets for Week 11

1. Georgia to Win at Ole Miss

Georgia hasn’t played at Ole Miss since 2016. That game did not go very well for the Bulldogs with Ole Miss winning 45-14 behind current NFL pass catchers Evan Engram and A.J. Brown, who combined for 10 receptions for the Rebels.

Plenty of footballs could be in the air as Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart leads the SEC with 3,210 passing yards and 21 touchdown passes while Carson Beck of Georgia has thrown for 2,302 yards and 17 TDs. Keep that in mind when making SEC Week 11 predictions.

Georgia has the better of the pass defenses and that could be the difference in this huge SEC clash. A key will be for Beck to limit the interceptions as he has been picked off 11 times this season. Three of those came last week when Georgia struggled to put away rival Florida.

Ole Miss needs to win to have any chance of securing a spot in the College Football Playoff field. However, with the way the Bulldogs dominated the 2023 meeting between the teams, winning 52-17, it is hard to pick against Georgia.

Pick Georgia at -140 to win the game outright

2. Can Alabama Cover in Huge Game at LSU?

The one thing that followed head coach Brian Kelly from Notre Dame to LSU is the struggles that his teams have coming through when the lights are the brightest.

LSU has split its two matchups with ranked teams after losing 38-23 on the road to Texas A&M. Consider the game against Alabama to be a College Football Playoff elimination contest as the loser of the game could fall out of the top 20 in the CFP rankings.

If Nick Saban was still the Alabama head coach, there would be no hesitation in picking the Crimson Tide. After dropping two of its previous three games and barely topping South Carolina in the other contest, Alabama looked like a title contender again with a 34-0 walloping of Missouri.

Alabama is favored in Baton Rouge and we’ll go with the Crimson Tide to come through with our NCAAF picks.

Bet This Pick: Alabama (-140) to win at LSU

3. Tennessee to Score Early Against SEC Cellar Dwellers

Mississippi State has allowed 178 points in its last three SEC games. Arkansas scored in each of its first four drives and Texas A&M reached the end zone the first two times the Aggies had the ball. Now the Bulldogs get to head to Knoxville to face Tennessee.

When analyzing recent Mississippi State vs Tennessee betting trends, the Volunteers have been playing some low-scoring games with less than 50 combined points scored in their last five matchups. That could change on Saturday as the Volunteers would love to dominate early on and show that they are ready for a Week 12 showdown with Georgia.

Bet This Pick: First score in Mississippi State-Tennessee game to come in first 5 minutes (+103)
