My Top South Carolina vs. Alabama Betting Picks

Want an Easy College Football Pick? Take Alabama ATS!

Until last weekend, Alabama Crimson had won its previous 23 games against Vanderbilt. Also, until last weekend, Alabama had never lost to an unranked opponent while being the country’s top-ranked college football team.

But, as we all witnessed, that changed after the Commodores sent Alabama packing with their first loss of the season, beating them 40-35, shocking the college football betting odds world along the way.

So what does a team like Alabama do now after losing tits first game of the season in such fashion? Pick up the pieces and go for the kill this coming weekend, of course. Thus, enter South Carolina.

Squaring off against a pissed-off Alabama team is not a scenario any team would want to be in, especially with players like quarterback Jalen Milroe and star freshman wide receiver Ryan Williams wanting to save face once and dominate again.

Even if South Carolina tries to take a page from Vanderbilt’s playbook and step up in the physical side of the game, the chances of it working out are immensely slim. South Carolina’s one-dimensional game plan doesn’t seem like it will even cause a bruise to an Alabama team ready to dominate.

As soon as Milroe and the rest of Alabama’s offense can get a two-score lead, it will be game over, so taking the Crimson Tide ATS feels like a very easy NCAAF bet to back.

Bet on this Pick: Alabama -21 (-110)

With Alabama’s Offense at Full Force, Definitely Bet the Over

One of my favorite activities each Monday is sitting down in the office and watching a few game recaps to catch up on anything I missed over the weekend. Since the beginning of the college football season, watching Alabama’s recaps has become a must, especially considering just how good Milroe and Williams have been playing this season.

Scoring at least 35 points per game this season, the Tide has shown when they hit the gas on offense, there’s almost nothing stopping them. Now imagine pinning that offense against a team that has allowed 36 and 27 points in its last two conference games, like South Carolina.

With Alabama’s offense ready to beat the living daylights out of South Carolina’s defense, the total could easily go over 50 points, with Alabama hitting 40 to 50 all by themselves and the Gamecocks pitching in a TD to try and save face.

So yes, if you’re looking for another easy NCAA football pick to target and win, bet the over in this game.

Bet on this Pick: South Carolina Total Over 50 ½ (-110)
