Georgia State is certainly the biggest question mark headed into conference play. While the Panthers are 3-0, they were favored in every game. Thursday’s matchup will certainly be Georgia State’s toughest test yet.

The Panthers come off a 41-25 win against Charlotte. The passing game dominated, led by quarterback Darren Grainger’s 466 yards and three touchdowns. Wide receivers Robert Lewis (220 yards) and Tailique Williams (129 yards) were also a lethal duo.

Coastal Carolina has been one of college football’s most notable Group of Five teams for several seasons. It starts with quarterback Grayson McCall, who has an NFL Draft upside. Following back-to-back games with at least 268 passing yards, McCall recorded only 169 yards in Week 3.

The Chanticleers cruised to a 66-7 win against Duquesne. The defense generated four turnovers and two pick-sixes. The run game also totaled 241 yards on 6.9 yards per carry.

Offenses Poised for Big Showings?

Both teams are rolling ahead of Thursday’s matchup. NCAAF betting lines have Coastal Carolina as 6½-point favorites. The moneyline on our college football picks offers little profit at -255.
