Terms and Conditions

• There are a total of 18 weeks for our NFL 2024-2025 season. Week 1 selections will be available on September 1st, 2024.
• Only one entry per account and household.
• In the interests of rewarding as many members as possible, no customer may have more than three (3) weekly victories. Overall pick numbers however will still count towards the leaderboard and overall season prize.
• In order to register for the contest, you must have made at least one (1) real money deposit since August 1st, 2024 before entry.
• Contest is open as soon as the spreads are available every week.
• Once submitted an entry is final and cannot be altered.
• The contest is closed up to ten minutes before the first listed game starts.
• Regardless of whether overtime occurs or not, the spread winner is determined by the final outcome of the game.
• Should two or more contestants tie for a prize, the free play will be decided by the player closest to the total points of the Monday night game(s). If the tied contestants are still deadlocked after factoring in their guesses at the total points, then the prize will be split.
• In the event that a Monday Night Game is cancelled, suspended or rescheduled OR if there is no Monday night game, then the Sunday night game will be considered for the tie breaker.
• If a game for that week has been re-scheduled to Monday, then the last Monday Night Football game for that week will be considered the tie breaker. If there are 2 Monday Night Football games scheduled/played at the same time, then the first game that scores will be considered the tie breaker.
• In the event one game is a push (where the point spread finishes exactly at what it was set at), the bet will be cancelled out and not factored into your win totals.
• If one or more games scheduled are canceled, interrupted or rescheduled for a different period, and such game(s) are a part of your Pick ’em selections, then that game pick will be graded as a loss, as per betting rules.
• Games are only available in the contest page when there is a line up for them in the sportsbook. If a line is unavailable at the time picks are submitted, we cannot add to or change your selections.
• Once Leaderboard is published, players will have up-to 72 hours to submit any claims and/or discrepancies they may have.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for all weekly/monthly winnings to be credited to your account.
• Winnings will be credited as a free play and will be subject to a 10-times rollover.
• Weekly prizes have a five-time max-withdrawal with a $2,500 cap. Season-end prizes carry a $2,500 max-withdrawal.
• All contest winners are subject to account audits to review adherence to all BetUS.com.pa rules and regulations, if a player’s account is not in good standing that player is subject to immediate disqualification.
• The $25,000 Pro-Football Pick’em Contest closes on January 5th, 2025
• BetUS.com.pa reserves the right to select a winner when the published tiebreaker provision cannot do so. This decision is at our discretion and will be binding.
• In the interests of making prizes available to as many BetUS.com.pa customers as possible, we reserve the right to select a winner other than first place if that winner has been awarded a prize previously.
• Regardless of how the lines move, results are based on the spreads at the time of your selections.
